COVID-19 Operating Procedures

Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. Some imagery shown throughout our website does not represent current operational and safety guidelines.

Important Information For Your Visit

Advance reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment. Please make a reservation online or call (585) 374-1180. You must read the following as it relates to changes in our operating procedures to help protect yourself and our staff from COVID-19 and help to stop the spread of germs. If you are unable to follow these policies you will be asked to leave.

If you are fully vaccinated you will not be required to wear a face covering or mask. If you are not fully vaccinated, face coverings and masks are encouraged when:

  • Within 20 feet or inside of the Summit Center and restrooms
  • On any chipped pathway
  • Participating or spectating in any Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures activity (harnessing, ground school, walking through the park, etc.)
  • Within 6 feet of another person not in your party

Gloves must be worn before you begin to put on your harness until after you return your harness.

Gloves must be worn at all times when participating in any Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures activity (harnessing, ground school, climbing, walking through the park, etc.).

Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from those not in your party at all times.

Please follow specific instruction from staff on how to maintain distances within the park.

Please practice good personal hygiene at all times.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

If you are not feeling well, please stay home.  If you, or anyone in your group is experiencing any of the following COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, or Diarrhea.

NOTICE

We have taken steps to reduce the presence of COVID-19.  We ask that you do your part to assist us.  Please follow the CDC Guidance on washing hands and wearing face coverings, and do not participate if you are feeling ill.
