What is an Aerial Adventure Park?
An aerial adventure park is a climbing adventure set in the forest canopy. The park consists of platforms secured to trees with elements that connect each platform. The park at Bristol Mountain consists of 7 courses each varying in difficulty and height above the ground. The elements consist of challenge obstacles including: rope bridges, wobbly bridges, tight rope walks, climbing ladders, rolling elements, swinging surprises, and zip lines.
How many courses are in the park at Bristol Mountain?
We have 7 courses. One of these courses is a dedicated kid’s course for ages 4-6 years old. The other six courses all start from a main starting platform. The courses progress in difficulty and heights of the elements above the ground. We have 2 yellow courses (easiest), 2 green courses (easy), 1 blue (intermediate), and 1 black (advanced). The heights of the courses range from 5 feet (kids course) to 60 feet off of the ground.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Due to the limited number of harnesses it is important to reserve a harness ahead of time. Walk-ins are based on availability, so to avoid disappointment, please book online or call ahead. This can be done by making a booking online here or by calling 585-374-1180. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time to check in and get fitted for your harness.
How long are tickets valid?
Tickets for the regular course are valid for three hours. The kids course tickets are valid for one hour. The park will close at 6pm, any arrivals after 3pm are not guaranteed a full three hours in the park. We offer a reduced rate admission for those who arrive after 3:30pm.
Are group rates available?
Yes, for groups of 15 or more. To receive this discount groups must reserve 72 hours in advance along with a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining due upon arrival. Are gift certificates available?
Yes, for regular admission. They can be purchased in person or over the phone, 585-374-1180.
What type of clothing do I need to wear?
Please wear well fitted clothing and closed toe non slip-on shoes. Do not wear anything that will be loose and dangle that could have the potential to get caught in in the harness equipment, cables, ropes, or pulleys.
What is the weather policy?
The park will operate in all weather with the exception of sustained high winds and lightning storms. In the event that the park closes due to extreme weather all guests will be required to exit the park and will have the opportunity to wait out the weather for 60 minutes. If the weather does not pass within 60 minutes, guests will be offered a Weather Delay valid for another visit for the amount of time remaining on their ticket when the course was cleared. Weather Delays are only able to be redeemed Monday through Thursday and require a reservation.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A cancellation 48 hours in advance of your reservation, you will receive full payment. A cancellation within 24 to 48 hours will receive a rain check for a future visit. A no show or cancelation within 24 hours will result in forfeit of payment.
Can I watch others in the course if I do not participate?
Yes, there are pathways throughout the park for spectators and viewing locations for those who will not be climbing.
Are there age, height, or weight restrictions?
For the kids course, they must be ages 4 to 6.
Regular course they must be 7 years of age or older.
Those below 55” (4ft, 7in) will need to be accompanied by an adult while on the course
Maximum weight is 265 lbs.
Depending on the age and height on the participants, they need to be supervised or have an adult on the course. See the below chart for reference.

Is there anything else that I should bring?
We will provide all of the equipment you will need while on the course. This is an outdoor activity so please dress appropriately for the weather and make sure to remain hydrated. We do provide drinking water in the park. You will be in the forest canopy, but sunscreen, insect repellent, etc. are always advisable when in the elements.
